To become a registered C2C carrier, download the U.S. or Canadian package (above), complete and fax along with the accompanying support documents (see below) toll-free to 866-487-6570. Our compliance department will review your application, contact you and enter your information into our system upon satisfaction of all requirements.
C2C Carrier Requirements
Carriers must notify C2C dispatch
immediately of any and all delays including late
arrival (pick-up), late departure and/or late
delivery at destination. NO EXCEPTIONS.
U.S.A. Carrier Requirements
- MC number
- W9
- Lanes and equipment (contained in above carrier package)
- Signed C2C Broker Agreement (contained in above carrier package)
- Memorandum of insurance stating C2C Global Logistics Inc. as an additional insured (within 14 days of first load for repeat loads)
- Minimum $100,000 USD cargo liability insurance
- Minimum $1,000,000 USD general liability insurance
- Driver cell phone or satellite contact
Canadian Carrier Requirements
- CVOR certificate or provincial equivalent
- MC number and certificate if hauling cross-border shipments
- Workers Compensation
- Signed C2C Broker Agreement (contained in above carrier package)
- Memorandum of insurance stating C2C Global Logistics Inc. as an additional insured (within 14 days of first load for repeat loads)
- Minimum $250,000 CDN cargo liability insurance
- Minimum $2,000,000 CDN general liability insurance
- Driver cell phone or satellite contact
Documentation and Terms
- POD, invoice and copy of load confirmation must be faxed ASAP to 866-487-6570. Payment terms, unless otherwise agreed, are 30 days from receipt of these documents.
Depending on the lane and customer, additional requirements may include:
- Calling C2C Dispatch upon departure from client facility to report departure time
- Calling C2C Dispatch upon arrival at destination to report time of arrival
- Driver must write departure time on waybill
- Driver must write arrival time on waybill
- Providing drivers license for photocopy at client site
